Instead, your coverage will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew next year. You can continue to use all plan benefits during this time. Additionally, because the plan is paid in advance, it stays with the property. If you sell your home, the new owner can take over the remaining service at no extra cost.

You will save big with $50 service fees (down from $125), priority scheduling, and 15% off all repairs. These savings add up fast, particularly on older or larger systems.

DO PRICES CHANGE ON BIGGER PROPERTIES?

Larger properties have slightly higher rates. If your system has more than 5 zones, each extra valve adds $5 per month to your bill.
